The Brascan SoundVest Diversified Income Fund (BSI.UN) was merged with the Brascan SoundVest Total Return Fund (BST.UN) and the Brascan SoundVest Focused Business Trust (BSF.UN) to create the Brookfield Soundvest Equity Fund (BSE.UN), effective January 1, 2010. This merger was approved at a special meeting of unitholders of the three funds held on December 15, 2009.
