Sam Pollock
Sam is Senior Managing Partner and Head of Infrastructure Activities. Sam is responsible for the expansion of our infrastructure operating platform. Sam joined Brookfield's financial services operation in 1994 and has held various senior positions in the organization, including leadership of the company's financial advisory services and investment group. Sam is a Chartered Accountant and holds a business degree from Queen's University.

James Tuckey
James is Chairman Brookfield, UK, and served as Executive Chairman of Multiplex’s UK operations prior to its acquisition by Brookfield. Prior to this, James spent 28 years at MEPC, a UK property owner and developer and as Chief Executive from 1993 to 1999. James is a member of the President’s Committee of the British Property Federation, having served as President during 1993, and is a former Deputy Chairman of English Partnerships, the UK Government regeneration agency for England, and a former member of the Property Advisory Group to the United Kingdom Department of the Environment (1993 to 1997). James is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and brings 40 years of real estate experience to the Brookfield Real Estate Group.

Ashley Muldoon
Ashley is the Chief Executive of Brookfield Multiplex Construction across the regions of Europe, Canada, Middle East and Asia. In addition to this, he is an Executive Director of Brookfield Multiplex Group.

Ashley started his career in the construction industry in 1989 and joined Multiplex in 1997 in Sydney as a Project Manager. Ashley transferred to London in 2003 and progressed through the ranks to be appointed as director of our UK operations in 2004, and ultimately CEO in 2010.

During his 22 year career, Ashley has overseen the delivery of major projects internationally across a range of sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Philip Ward 
Philip Ward leads Brookfield Financial’s European team. Philip previously worked as a Managing Director at Eurohypo. His experience also includes leading the European Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure group as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns. Prior to that he worked in investment banking at Rothschild in London and Paris, latterly as a Managing Director overseeing the Hotels, Travel, Tourism & Leisure sector.

Notable transactions that Philip has participated in include the €2.7bn take-private of Groupe Taittinger/Société du Louvre by Starwood Capital, the US$1bn disposal of Premier Lodge by TPG, Blackstone, Colony et al., the US$1bn acquisition of Center Parcs by Pierre & Vacances (with DB Capital Partners) and the €475m purchase of CGIH by Blackstone (with Accor and Colony).

Philip has qualifications from ESCP Europe (Masters in Management programme), and from Paris University in both history and law. He also holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the UK Association of Certified Accountants.

Jon Haick
Jon is a Managing Partner and CEO of Brookfield Europe.  Jon is responsible for the expansion of our private equity and special situations platform in Europe.  Jon joined Brookfield's private equity & finance group in 2005 and has been involved in a number of significant restructuring transactions during his tenure.  Jon is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and holds a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

David Brush
David is a Managing Partner at Brookfield, responsible for real estate investment activities at Brookfield Property Partners and the company’s private funds. He previously spent 18 years as a Managing Director and Global Head of the Opportunity fund business of RREEF, the global real estate investment business of Deutsche Bank. Prior to this, David worked for Bankers Trust's real estate investment banking group.

Martin Jepson
Martin is Senior Vice-President for development and investment in London, and joined Brookfield in 2011. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Hammerson plc and also held senior positions with property companies Howard Holdings, Taylor Woodrow Property Co. and Delancey.

Julian Schiller
Julian is a Senior Vice President at Brookfield and responsible for the company’s relationships with European and Middle Eastern institutional investors. Julian joined the company in 2011 from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was Director of the Private Funds Advisory Group. Prior to that, Julian worked at Cushman & Wakefield and investment bank Broadview International. Julian holds an Honours undergraduate degree in Economics from Exeter University.
