Alberto Nin Garaizabal is a Managing Partner and Head of Southern Europe for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he leads business development and investment activities across the region, including Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Nin Garaizabal had worked at H.I.G. Capital as part of its distressed and real estate investment team. Previously he worked for UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions across several sectors, asset classes and jurisdictions.

Mr. Nin Garaizabal holds a Business degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and has been a professor at the Instituto de Empresa Business School since 2016.
