Sophia Rihani is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and head of transaction execution for the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Ms. Rihani is responsible for the negotiation and execution of large-scale complex transactions spanning public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructures, joint ventures and major projects. She is also actively involved in portfolio management and governance, and serves as a board member for the Healthscope private hospital group.

Ms. Rihani holds Master of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the Australian National University and a Graduate Certificate from Macquarie University.
