In 2016, Brookfield acquired IFC, a landmark mixed-use complex in the Yeouido Business District (YBD). It comprises three premium Grade A office towers (One, Two and Three IFC), and a high-end retail mall (IFC Mall). The location is known as “Seoul’s Wall Street” and home to the Korean Stock Exchange, the YBD has become the fastest growing business district in Seoul.
