Matt Homan
Matt Homan is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he focuses on business operations and management of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Homan was CEO and Equity Partner in Premier Marine, a manufacturer of luxury boats. He also served as CEO of Liberty Diversified International, a privately held paper and packaging company, and served in various roles at Polaris Industries, including President of the Off-Road Vehicle Division.
Mr. Homan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
