X-Elio is one of the largest global independent solar photovoltaic platforms with a presence across five continents. 

In 2019, we invested in X-Elio, gaining co-control of a utility-scale solar developer with a presence on all continents and in all key solar markets globally. In 2023, we completed the acquisition of an incremental stake to gain full ownership. 

X-Elio operates 887 MW of assets and has over 6.7 GW of under construction and advanced stage assets. The company is accelerating its growth plans globally, with a robust development pipeline of approximately 23 GW across nine countries, including solar and energy storage projects.
