Bruce Flatt
Bruce Flatt
Bruce Flatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield, a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management, wealth solutions, and its operating businesses, with over $1 trillion in assets under management.
Mr. Flatt joined Brookfield in 1990 and became CEO in 2002. Under his leadership, Brookfield has developed a global operating presence in more than 30 countries.
Mr. Flatt has served on many public company boards over the past three decades.
Mark Carney
Mark Carney
Mark Carney is the Chair of Brookfield Asset Management and Head of Transition Investing. In this role, he is focused on the development of products for investors that will combine positive social and environmental outcomes with strong risk-adjusted returns.
Mr. Carney is an economist and banker who served as the Governor of the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020, and prior to that as Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2008 until 2013. He was Chairman of the Financial Stability Board from 2011 to 2018. Prior to his governorships, Mr. Carney worked at Goldman Sachs as well as the Canadian Department of Finance.
He is a long-time and well-known advocate for sustainability, specifically with regard to the management and reduction of climate risks. He is currently the United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance and Co-Chair for the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero.
He is also Chair of the Group of Thirty and Bloomberg LP’s Board of Directors, as well as an external member of the Board of Stripe, a member of the Global Advisory Board of PIMCO, Harvard University, Rideau Hall Foundation, Bilderberg, the Peterson Institute for International Economics, the Blavatnik School at Oxford, and the Hoffman Institute for Global Business and Society at INSEAD, Cultivo, Senior counsellor of the MacroAdvisory Partners, and Advisor of the Watershed as well as President of Chatham House.
Mr. Carney holds doctorate and master’s degrees from Oxford University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business.
Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank.
Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Nicholas Goodman

Nicholas Goodman is President and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for allocating the Corporation’s capital across Brookfield’s various businesses and new business initiatives. He also has overall responsibility for global finance, tax, treasury and capital markets.
Mr. Goodman joined Brookfield in 2010 and since then has held several roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Goodman worked for large financial institutions in London and New York.
Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Hadley Peer Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s finance, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. She is also a Managing Partner and co-Head of Brookfield’s infrastructure debt and structured solutions businesses, where she oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit and structured solutions investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at a leading investment bank, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.
Ms. Peer Marshall holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Brian Kingston is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield's Real Estate business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Real Estate business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kingston led Brookfield’s Australian business activities, holding the positions of CEO of Brookfield Office Properties Australia, CEO of Prime Infrastructure and CFO of Multiplex.
Mr. Kingston joined Brookfield in 2001. Under his leadership, Brookfield has conducted a wide range of mergers & acquisitions activities, including investments in Forest City Realty Trust, General Growth Properties and Canary Wharf.
Mr. Kingston holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.

Cyrus Madon is Executive Chairman of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and Brookfield Business Partners. In this role, he is responsible for developing strategy and providing investment oversight, while supporting the broader private equity team in executing our growth initiatives.
Mr. Madon has held a number of senior roles across the organization, including Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield's Private Equity business.

Craig Noble is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Credit business. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations, and the expansion of the Credit business. The Credit business encompasses credit strategies across Brookfield credit funds and insurance accounts, and Brookfield's partnerships with affiliated managers including Oaktree Capital and LCM Partners, and manages over $200 billion in capital for institutional investors, insurance companies and individual investors.
Mr. Noble joined Brookfield in 2004 and has held a variety of senior roles across private and public markets, including most recently CEO of Alternative Investments. Mr. Noble previously held investment roles in credit and infrastructure and was the CIO and CEO of Brookfield's Public Securities Business. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Noble spent five years with Bank of Montreal focused on corporate lending and corporate finance.
Mr. Noble holds a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and is a CFA charterholder.

Sam Pollock is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Infrastructure business and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Infrastructure business.
Since joining Brookfield in 1994, Mr. Pollock has held a number of senior positions across the organization, including leading Brookfield’s corporate investment group and its private equity business.

Anuj Ranjan is Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and Brookfield Business Partners. In this role, Mr. Ranjan is responsible for the investments, operations and expansion of the Private Equity business, in addition to managing Brookfield’s external strategic partnerships.
Mr. Ranjan joined Brookfield in 2006 and has held various positions within the company and its affiliates. He established and previously led Brookfield’s India and Middle East operations.

Sachin Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership and management of the business and sets its strategic direction as a leading provider of retirement services, wealth protection products and tailored capital solutions.
Mr. Shah joined Brookfield in 2002 and has held a variety of senior roles, including Chief Investment Officer of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners where he was instrumental in growing the platform into a global business diversified across multiple technologies.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Natalie Adomait is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, Ms. Adomait is responsible for sourcing, execution and asset management of the investments within Brookfield’s Global Transition Fund, with a particular focus on underwriting and execution of transition business plans.
Ms. Adomait began her career at Brookfield in 2011 focused on origination and investment execution for renewable power assets in North America and Europe.

Arpit Agrawal is a Managing Partner and Head of India and the Middle East for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Agrawal is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.
Prior to joining Brookfield’s in 2016, Mr. Agrawal was a vice president for an infrastructure asset manager.
Mr. Agrawal holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree from the National Institute of Technology Allahabad.

Onaiza Ahmed is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, Ms. Ahmed is responsible for leading the Brookfield Business Partners financial reporting and corporate controller teams. She oversees all aspects of technical accounting and public financial reporting and manages the external audit process, the onboarding of financial reporting for portfolio companies and supports Brookfield’s companies on technical accounting matters.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Ahmed worked for a multinational professional services partnership.

Henrik Akerson is a Managing Director within Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operations of our European portfolio companies, as well as conducting due diligence on new and potential acquisitions.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Akerson worked for a global leader in security screening technologies as a vice president in operations and service, where he handled operations on a global scale.

Marcos Almeida is a Managing Partner and Head of South America for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Almeida is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the region.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2003, Mr. Almeida worked for an international consulting firm, several accounting firms in Brazil and Switzerland, and for a large bank in Germany.
Mr. Almeida holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Lisa Anderson is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, she leads the firm’s structured solutions efforts. Previously, Ms. Anderson was on the client relationship management team where she launched Brookfield’s Insurance Dedicated Fund.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Anderson held senior roles at investment banking institutions including Head of ABS research and Structured Credit business development.

Leonardo Anguiano is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Infrastructure Equities team for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, he oversees and contributes to the portfolio construction process, including execution of buy/sell decisions. Before focusing on his portfolio manager duties, he was responsible for covering European securities focusing on the water, transportation and energy infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Anguiano’s past experience includes both direct and listed infrastructure investing, and he has spent the majority of his career in London. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, he worked for Santander in Madrid where he was in specialty sales covering infrastructure and utilities. Prior to Santander, Mr. Anguiano worked at Arcus Infrastructure Partners and Babcock & Brown focusing on direct infrastructure investing. Mr. Anguiano started his career at JP Morgan Cazenove on the sell side.
Mr. Anguiano earned a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics.

Ben Annable is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the negotiation and legal aspects of the real estate group's European mergers and acquisitions activities, including deal structuring and execution.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Annable was a partner at a leading U.K. law firm, where he focused on M&A and joint ventures.
Mr. Annable holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University.

Larry Antonatos is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Multi-Asset Solutions team for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, he oversees the portfolio construction process, including execution of asset allocation.
Mr. Antonatos joined Brookfield in 2011 as Product Manager for the firm’s equity investment strategies. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Antonatos was a portfolio manager for a U.S. REIT strategy for 10 years. He also has investment experience with direct property, CMBS, and mortgage loans.
Mr. Antonatos earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Apostolatos served as a managing director at Barclays, where he was responsible for healthcare services investment banking. Mr. Apostolatos was previously a managing director in the healthcare investment banking group at Morgan Stanley where he began his career as an analyst in 1998.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, she was a Director at Merrill Lynch in New York in the investment banking and debt capital markets groups, where she was responsible for conduit and large loan origination business, and before that, a Managing Director at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Bargueño held several leadership roles in organizations across the energy, technology, engineering and consulting sectors.

Devin Barnwell is a Managing Partner and Global Head of Portfolio Management for Brookfield Properties and co-leader of the logistics sector.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Barnwell worked in the real estate investing group at Morgan Stanley, where she was an asset manager in the real estate investing practice overseeing the Southeast and Texas.
Ms. Barnwell holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. In 2019 she was recognized by Globe Street as the Investment Professional of the Year in the Inaugural Women of Influence awards and is an active member of various real estate organizations including NAIOP, ULI and Women Lead at Georgia State University.

Since joining Brookfield in 2005, he has held several senior roles across the organization, including overseeing the establishment of Brookfield’s multifamily and hospitality operating platforms, and its growth into alternative real estate sectors.
Prior to 2005, Mr. Baron worked at Deutsche Bank where he focused on real estate private equity and investment banking.

Anthony Bavaro is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of trade execution and settlement, operational fund management, asset valuation and servicing and risk reporting and tracking. Additionally, he works across Brookfield’s businesses assisting with execution of special situations.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Bavaro was Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Sandell Asset Management, responsible for financial reporting, operations and back office administration.
Mr. Bavaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wagner College and is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jon Bayer is a Managing Partner in Brookfield Wealth Solutions, responsible for growing the platform through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bayer served as Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Development, at Fidelity & Guaranty Life. He was previously an investment banker, focused on advising insurance companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.

Doug Bayerd is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution in the technology and software sectors.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bayerd was a Principal at Marlin Equity Partners where he led transactions in technology with an emphasis in enterprise software. Prior to Marlin, Mr. Bayerd worked at Golden Gate Capital, where he focused on software and business services sectors. He also worked in the special situations division of Oaktree Capital Management and began his career at Deutsche Bank, working on leveraged finance and financial sponsor mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Bayerd holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Brookfield Wealth Solutions in 2023, Mr. Beauchamp was the head of the private wealth group at Zurich Insurance Company.

In this role, he has primary oversight of Brookfield’s corporate operations, including human resources, legal, compliance, risk management and internal audit activities. Mr. Beber is also responsible for the advancement and execution of strategic initiatives across Brookfield’s asset management business.
Mr. Beber joined Brookfield in 2007 and has held a variety of senior roles including Head of Strategic Initiatives for the Infrastructure Group. Prior to Brookfield, he was a partner with a leading Toronto-based law firm, where his practice focused on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity.
Mr. Beber holds a combined Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law degree from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Canada and a Bachelor of Economics degree from McGill University.

Ted Berklayd is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the active management, growth and strategic direction for Brookfield's European real estate investments.
Mr. Berklayd joined Brookfield in 2011, as part of the corporate finance group, before heading the European finance team, and later the portfolio management team. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Berklayd was a senior associate for Duff & Phelps’ transaction advisory services group in New York.

Chloe Berry is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Berry is the Head of the Brookfield Infrastructure Income Strategy and is also responsible for the group’s global capital markets and treasury function.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Berry worked in corporate finance and M&A at large multinational corporations and a global investment bank.

Sara Beugelmans is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for overseeing the tax function for Brookfield’s U.S. real estate funds and balance sheet assets. Previously, she managed tax structuring and compliance for Brookfield’s U.S. office portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2009, Ms. Beugelmans worked at Andersen Tax in the private equity and international tax groups.
Ms. Beugelmans holds a Juris Doctor with a Tax Concentration degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University. Ms. Beugelmans is a member of the California State Bar.

Shashank Bhalla is a Managing Director and Head of Europe for Brookfield Wealth Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the insurance platform in the U.K. and Europe.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Bhalla was an investment banker focused on advising insurance companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also worked at several leading U.K. insurers.

Keshav Bhojania is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, he is responsible for the infrastructure structured solutions business in Europe.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Bhojania worked in the advisory group at a leading investment bank, where he was responsible for M&A and financings across the natural resources sector, including infrastructure.
Mr. Bhojania earned a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi.

Carolyn Bidwell is Head of Tax for Brookfield’s Global Client and Credit Groups, as well as Head of U.S. Tax for Brookfield Asset Management. She is responsible for strategic tax planning and structuring across the asset management business, leading the global tax function for the Credit business, tax structuring across all Brookfield private funds, and tax-related legislative and regulatory initiatives. Previously, she oversaw the global mergers and acquisitions tax team in the Real Estate Group and the structuring of Brookfield’s global real estate funds.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Ms. Bidwell was an associate at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Clifford Chance, where she represented private equity funds and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and fund structuring.
Ms. Bidwell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London. Ms. Bidwell serves as a committee member of the Real Estate Roundtable, NAREIT, the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives, and several other industry groups. She also serves on the board of directors of the United Way of New York City.

Barry Blattman is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he focuses on senior, strategic client and business relationships, and contributes to general business development and transaction strategy globally.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2002, Mr. Blattman was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, having begun his career with Salomon Brothers in 1986.
Mr. Blattman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He serves on the boards of Montefiore Medicine and Montefiore Health System, is chairman of Montefiore’s Real Estate Planning & Development Committee, Co-Chair of the University of Michigan’s NY Metropolitan Regional Campaign Council and is a member of The University of Michigan LSA Dean’s Advisory Committee.

Mr. Blidner also serves as Chairman of Brookfield Renewable Partners, Chairman of Brookfield Business Partners, and as a Director of Brookfield Asset Management, Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Infrastructure Partners.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a Senior Partner of a Canadian law firm.

Ron Bloom is a Managing Partner and Vice Chair in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for investment origination, analysis and execution across North America.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Bloom was Vice Chairman, U.S. Investment Banking, at Lazard, focused on restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as Assistant to the President for Manufacturing Policy where he provided leadership on policy development and strategic planning for the Administration’s agenda to revitalize the manufacturing sector. Before joining the White House, Mr. Bloom served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury.
Mr. Bloom holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
James Bodi

James Bodi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Legal and Regulatory Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing Brookfield’s Bermuda office as well as corporate legal and regulatory compliance for its associated Bermuda entities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bodi practiced corporate law as a partner at a leading offshore law firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced tax and corporate law in Canada.

David Bonasia

David Bonasia is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies in the Americas. Mr. Bonasia has held various positions across the organization including investment origination and execution within the technology services sector, value creation and strategy as a member of the business operations team and investment analysis across deals in the industrial and business services sectors.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Bonasia held roles in private equity and investment banking, with a focus on M&A and complex restructurings.
Mr. Bonasia holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Eric Bonnor is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he is the senior relationship manager responsible for the Canadian market.
Mr. Bonnor joined Brookfield in 1998 and has held a number of senior positions across the organization. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for capital raising, marketing and investor relations efforts globally. He also served as Managing Director for the company’s timber assets in Brazil and established Brookfield’s Brazil Timber Fund I.

Anamica Broetz is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for investor relations and fundraising for Brookfield Sponsor Solutions business.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Ms. Broetz was global head of PE fundraising and investor relations at DWS Private Equity, where she successfully led the fundraising of several commingled funds across multiple strategies including secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds and private credit. She was also a voting member on the PE Investment Committee. Prior to DWS, Ms. Broetz held several capital markets roles with firms including Deutsche Bank M&A, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Flemings and Peregrine Capital.
Ms. Broetz holds a Masters in Finance degree from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce of Delhi University.

Previously, he was responsible for global business and fund development, and managing the capital structure and financing strategies for Brookfield Properties’ U.S. office division.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Brown worked at Salomon Smith Barney and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all real estate activities in the region, including investments and portfolio management. He is also sector head for office globally. Ben has held various roles at the Firm, including head of the U.S. office portfolio and he has lead acquisitions and dispositions for the office property business in London and New York.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Brown worked at the New Boston Fund, Sovereign Bank and Thor Equities.

James V. Bruno is a Managing Director and Head of the Americas for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. In this role, he leads a team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wealth intermediaries across leading wealth management firms and registered investment advisors in the U.S. and Latin America. He previously served as Global Head of Product Development and Advocacy.
Prior to joining Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions in 2023, Mr. Bruno was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Product Origination and Development for Alternative Investments at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Over his fifteen-year tenure at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Bruno held other roles within alternative investments, including Head of Product Development for all illiquid products and liquid offerings. Prior to that, Mr. Bruno held alternative-focused product development roles at HSBC and Merrill Lynch.

Jamie Bull is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, Mr. Bull is responsible for the legal aspects of private fund formation and structuring for private investment funds sponsored by Brookfield.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bull worked as an attorney in the private funds group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Carrett held roles at Pacific Century Group, FWD Group and Prudential Corporation Asia. He has experience across insurance, banking and capital markets, in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, Mr. Castro held corporate finance roles in the financial and industrial sectors in Colombia, Washington, D.C., and São Paulo. He also worked in investment banking in Colombia and as the Chief Financial Officer of two Colombian companies.

Before that, he held executive positions at Duke Energy North America, Entergy-Koch LP and Entergy Power Marketing Inc.

Ms. Dusevic Oliva joined Brookfield in 2022 following its acquisition of Inter Pipeline Ltd. where she held several roles over her tenure, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, she was a lawyer at a Canadian law firm.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Dyki was a State Director in the institutional property group at The Australian and New Zealand Banking Group. Previously, he held banking and accounting roles at Citi, Rothschild & Co., Ferrier Hodgson and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In this role, Mr. Edwards is responsible for the overall growth and management of renewable power and transition investments, operations and development activities in Australia. He previously served in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group, where he focused on investment origination, analysis and execution.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Edwards held various roles across engineering, commercial and investments sectors including a director position at Citi. He has also held roles at Goldman Sachs, in its power, utilities and infrastructure investment banking teams and has experience as a field engineer for Schlumberger in Brazil and Alaska.
Mr. Edwards holds Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees, both from the University of Sydney.

Mr. Ellawn is responsible for bringing high-conviction investments to the investment committee for the Middle East Partners strategy. Mr. Ellawn has been investing in private equity in the region since 2010.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Ellawn held senior roles in the private equity division of a leading international investment bank. Before that, Mr. Ellawn held various roles within a large investment bank in New York and London.

In this role, he oversees global technology and operations initiatives focused on building scale and efficiency within the platform. He is also responsible for enhancing management processes and transparency across teams and key stakeholders within Brookfield.
Mr. English joined Brookfield in 2013 and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield’s Public Securities Group, where he oversaw the operating platform and several functional teams. Prior to Brookfield, he was a vice president at J.P. Morgan where he focused on operations and technology within the equities and prime brokerage businesses.
Mr. English holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Previously, Ms. Fallman was the Head of Australia for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and prior to that was Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield’s private real estate funds, based in New York.
Before joining Brookfield in 2010, Ms. Fallman was the fund manager of a core-plus institutional real estate fund in Sydney, where she gained experience in asset management, development management and corporate property acquisitions.

Previously, he served as Corporate Counsel at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, a fixed-income asset manager and subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Froehlich spent nine years at Eaton Partners, a global placement agent, where he was a managing director focused on origination, project management and distribution across credit and hedge fund strategies. Prior to Eaton, he spent several years in senior roles within fundraising and portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, he held various research and trading roles.

He was also an associate at Citi Property Investors covering a wide range of European real estate transactions and worked for BFD Finance Management in Munich, Germany.

Paulo Garcia is a Managing Partner in Corporate Operations, responsible for Legal and Regulatory areas in Brazil.
Mr. Garcia has been the head of the Legal area of Brookfield Brazil since January 2005 and the head of the Regulatory area since August 2013. As the head of the Legal area in Brookfield, Mr. Garcia is responsible for the legal affairs and a number of transaction execution deals of the Brookfield Group of companies in Brazil. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Garcia has occupied general counsel and associate general counsel positions for several companies including AMBEV, REXAM and CSN. Mr. Garcia also worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Law Firm in Brazil.
Mr. Garcia holds a post-graduate (1995) degree in Corporate Law from Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC), and graduated in Law from PUC in 1990. Mr. Garcia also took part of the Advanced Management Program of Fundação Dom Cabral/INSEAD in 2006.

He has also served the U.S. Department of Commerce as a standing member of the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee between 2009–15.

Before joining Brookfield, Mr. Hall was a director at Prudential (U.K.) PLC’s asset management business. Prior to that, he was head of client relations for Deutsche Asset Management’s alternative asset management business.

Chris Harris is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Global Client Group, responsible for client relations in the Western United States.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2010, Mr. Harris was a director with Macquarie and before that, Citi. In 2005, he was appointed a Trustee to the Arizona State Retirement System. During his seven years on the $30 billion plan, his service included roles as Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee and the Trustee Representative on the private markets, real estate and private equity sub-committees. During his tenure, he helped spearhead a new investment policy statement, streamlined governance policies with regards to manager selection and was involved in two tactical asset allocation surveys and implementations.
Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. He currently serves on the National Board of Advisors at the University of Arizona Eller Business School and on a number of other non-profit committees and boards.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Ms. Hatlelid was a lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm, where her practice focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Hattori was at Credit Suisse’s private funds group, where he established Asia coverage and lead distribution activities across Asia. Prior to that, Mr. Hattori held various senior role as investment banker at global investment banks, as well as a founding member of a private equity fund in Japan. Mr. Hattori started his career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Heffernan was an executive director within Morgan Stanley’s FrontPoint Partners hedge fund division and global head of fund of funds and family office distribution. Before that, Mr. Heffernan was a vice president at Goldman Sachs within its alternative capital markets group and a vice president and the hedge fund product manager for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in North America. Prior to Mr. Heffernan’s career in finance, he was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Jack Hellmann is a Vice Chair in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. He is also Executive Chairman of Genesee & Wyoming (G&W), which was acquired by Brookfield Infrastructure in 2019.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Hellmann served in various roles at G&W including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, G&W grew its global operations from 21 railroads to 119 railroads.
Mr. Hellmann holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University. He serves on the Boards of Triton International and the Association of American Railroads.

Paula Horn is a Managing Director and the Chief Investment Officer for Brookfield’s Public Securities Group. In this role, she serves as an integral member of its investment and risk committees and is involved in a variety of strategic initiatives, including product development and capital raising.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Ms. Horn was the Chief Investment Officer of Ziegler Capital Management where she oversaw equity trading, fixed income and equity teams, and served as the CIO and primary portfolio manager for all marketed fixed income products. Over her career, Ms. Horn has overseen and managed long-only strategies as well as leveraged hedge funds, structured products and mutual funds. Ms. Horn has marketed to and raised capital globally from private equity and hedge fund communities as well as institutional and retail channels.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Hourihan was the Regulatory Compliance Officer for Northstar Financial Services Group, LLC, and Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. He also worked at MFS Investment Management, Fidelity Investments, and Scudder Kemper and served as Senior Counsel in the division of investment management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

He has also held roles in industrial businesses running finance, strategic planning, corporate development, international operations, and investor relations functions. Mr. Jain began his career in investment banking with UBS in New York City, and then private equity with Temasek Holdings in Singapore.

He also worked at Blackstone covering technology and business services, and at Morgan Stanley, working on fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions across various industries.

In this role, he is responsible for Brookfield’s financial infrastructure investment strategy which focuses on identifying opportunities in digital assets and services that form the backbone of the global economy.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Sir Ron served as CEO of Worldpay, a leading global payments platform for over a decade, overseeing its divestment into private equity ownership and subsequently to IPO. In 2021, he led the Kalifa Review of U.K. Fintech, a government-commissioned independent review which defined a strategy and delivery model for fintech and high-growth sectors of the economy. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in finance across the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.
Sir Ron is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He also serves as a senior independent director on the Bank of England’s Court of Directors, a member of the Council of Imperial College London, a Trustee of the Royal Foundation, and a Non-Executive Director for the England and Wales Cricket Board and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

In this role, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy is responsible for investment and portfolio activity in the country, as well as fundraising and key client relationships across Australia. Previously, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy was the Head of Investments for the Real Estate Group in Australia, leading the team in sourcing, underwriting and executing real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Kaneshamoorthy held a number of senior roles in real estate private equity and investment banking, including at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. Mr. Kaneshamoorthy has experience on transactions across Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore and Japan.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Ms. Lancaster worked in the hospitality finance group at Wells Fargo Bank originating hospitality loans to leading real estate investment firms across the U.S. Ms. Lancaster spent most of her career in Blackstone’s real estate asset management group, where she managed hotel investments ranging from individual full-service hotels to portfolio companies comprising 500+ hotels.

Melissa Lang is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for global oversight of the legal aspects of the group’s funds operations, including the execution of investment structuring, fund-level credit facilities, derivative products and other investor matters.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Lang worked in the real estate group of a large American international law firm focusing on private fund formation. Previously, she was an environmental engineer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 1997, Mr. Laurie worked in restructuring and advisory services at Deloitte.

Brian Lawson is a Vice Chair of Brookfield Corporation. In this role, he provides guidance and advice on the company’s finance and risk management activities.
Since joining Brookfield in 1988, Mr. Lawson has held a number of senior management positions in Brookfield’s investment and finance operations, including serving as CFO of Brookfield Asset Management from 2002 to 2020. In 2013, he was named Canada’s CFO of the Year by PwC, FEI Canada and Robert Half International.
Mr. Lawson is Chair of the board of directors of the Community Food Centres Canada. He and his wife support a number of initiatives focused on transforming the food system for better human and planetary health.

Paul Lepage is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for due diligence, operational and financial performance of Brookfield target and portfolio companies broadly, with particular focus on the healthcare, technology and software sectors.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Lepage served as President and CEO of Intelerad Medical Systems. He was previously President of TELUS Health and Payment Solutions and Chairman of TELUS Ventures. He also was President and CEO of MediSolution (a Brookfield Portfolio Company).
Mr. Lepage holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from École Polytechnique at University of Montreal and the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto. Mr. Lopes was Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Brazil from 2007 to 2017. Prior to joining Brookfield in 1994, Mr. Lopes was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Magliano CTVM, as well as Managing Director of Fiat Leasing and Banco Fiat.
Mr. Lopes is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Symphonic Orchestra and the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Maingot joined Brookfield in 1999, and since then has held a number of roles across the organization in Brazil and Canada. He was initially Vice President and Group Controller for Brookfield Brazil, followed by Audit Director. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Maingot worked for Deloitte.
Mr. Maingot holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ibmec in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ms. Mandava joined Brookfield in 2015 and has held several roles including serving as senior lawyer for Brookfield’s India and Middle East business. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Mathialagan was the Chief Executive Officer of a global telecom portfolio management software company in Singapore. Mr. Mathialagan has held leadership positions in investment management, infrastructure and growth businesses in telecommunications and technology sectors in Asia Pacific and Europe.

Mr. McCrain joined Brookfield in 2010 and has been located in both the New York and London offices. Prior to taking over global portfolio management responsibility for the retail sector, he had been involved in several significant acquisitions and dispositions, including Center Parcs, Gazeley, IDI, Student Roost and Seoul IFC. He has also been on the board of several Brookfield portfolio companies, including Center Parcs, IFC Seoul and Student Roost.
Mr. McCrain holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University. He sits on the board of directors of various Brookfield retail portfolio companies.

Mark McDonald is a Managing Director and co-head of Brookfield’s Sponsor Solutions (BSS) business, focused on providing asset-based solutions to mid-market sponsor backed companies, usually in the form of equity capital to support further growth via M&A, add-ons, minority equity and GP-led secondaries transactions. Mr. McDonald joined Brookfield in 2023 as part of Brookfield’s acquisition of DWS’ private equity solutions business.
Prior to Brookfield, Mr. McDonald was global head of the private equity business for DWS. He was also on the firm’s global leadership team and a board member of DWS Alternatives Global Ltd. Prior to DWS, Mr. McDonald held several direct and secondaries private equity roles for firms including Barclays Capital, 3i, Pomona Capital, Keyhaven Capital Partners and Credit Suisse, where he was global head of secondary advisory.

Prior to joining Brookfield Wealth Solutions in 2021, Mr. McRaith helped build the insurance solutions practice at a global asset manager. He previously served as the first Director of the Federal Insurance Office in the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he held national and global leadership roles. Before joining Treasury, he served as the Director of the Illinois Department of Insurance and as an officer of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Prior to his public service, Mr. McRaith was a partner in the Chicago office of a global law firm, and he remains a member of the Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. McRaith holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago’s School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Ms. Miller was chief deputy of policy to the California Department of Finance and senior counselor on infrastructure and clean energy finance to the Governor, where she championed the state's landmark clean energy agenda. She previously was vice chair of the investment committee for the California Teachers’ Retirement System; additionally, she served as an advisor to the Governor for the California Public Employee Retirement System.

Mr. Murski joined Brookfield in 2003 focusing on financings, acquisitions, and divestitures. Between 2006 and 2015 he worked for Brookfield Financial, Brookfield’s global advisory practice, where he ran the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

Mr. Neill joined Brookfield in 2010, following Brookfield’s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he worked in the investment group. Previously, Mr. Neill worked in the transport group of a leading strategy consulting firm.

Prior to joining Brookfield, he held leadership roles with a boutique financial services firm and a leading real estate firm in India. Mr. Nerurkar began his career with the operations strategy group at a global consultancy in New York.

Prior to joining BOWS in June 2023, Ms. Newbery was head of legal in EMEA for Northern Trust Asset Management. Previously she was head of legal for PGIM Investments following legal roles at Pinebridge and Legg Mason.
Ms. Newbery qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and attained the Certified Investment Fund Director qualification in 2013.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Mr. Nin had worked at H.I.G. Capital as part of its distressed and real estate investment team in Madrid. Previously he worked for UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt transactions across several sectors, asset classes and jurisdictions.
Mr. Nin holds a business degree from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and has been a professor at the Instituto de Empresa Business School since 2016.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Noguera was CEO at X-ELIO, a global leader in renewable energy development and a Brookfield-owned company since 2019, and held several senior executive positions in the energy and infrastructure division at Global Power Generation, Gas Natural Fenosa (currently Naturgy) and JPMorgan.
Mr. Noguera holds a Master’s degree from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and a Joint Honours Degree from Imperial College London.

Mr. Norris joined Brookfield when Carma Developers merged with Brookfield Homes to create Brookfield Residential, its North American residential property company in 2011. Mr. Norris joined Carma in 1983 and became its Chief Executive Officer in 1994, a role he retired from at the end of 2021.
Mr. Norris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and chartered accountant designations in Scotland and Canada.

Previously, Mr. O’Brien held senior commercial and financial roles across several organizations.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Paine worked at Advent Capital, where he was a managing director and portfolio manager specializing in distressed, credit, and event-driven opportunities, as well as group head of high-yield strategies. He was also a senior managing director and portfolio manager in distressed and credit opportunities at GSC Partners and a partner and portfolio manager at Stanfield Capital. Mr. Paine began his career at Putnam Investments where he was responsible for distressed credit strategies.

In this role, Mr. Park is responsible for all infrastructure investment and portfolio management activity in the country and supports infrastructure investment activities in North Asia. Mr. Park is also country head for Brookfield Asset Management in South Korea, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager’s business activities in the country.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Park was a Managing Director and founding member of Korea’s largest private equity firm. He began his career at a leading investment bank in New York.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Powers was managing partner at O-Zone Partners, a managing member at Grand Street Investments and a partner in Goldman Sachs’ merchant banking division, where he was co-head of European and U.S. real estate. He also served as head of international real estate at GE Capital.
Mr. Powers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University where later he taught a seminar for many years. He serves as a board member of the Wyeth Foundation for American Art and has served on the governing bodies of a number of organizations, including the Church Commissioners for England and the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2012, he was a Managing Director at Natixis Real Estate Capital Markets, ran the Large Loan Group at UBS and was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, focused on the origination and distribution of commercial real estate loans. He was also a Credit Analyst at Fitch Ratings.

In these roles, he was responsible for advising senior management on product manufacturing, distribution and sales practices, interaction with corporate board of directors and fund board of trustees, regulatory examinations, product diligence and governance, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Mr. Roland was an executive director at GCM Grosvenor in its direct and co-investment private equity business. He previously was a vice president at Houlihan Lokey, where he served as lead manager on advisory assignments for public and private clients.

Jeff Rosenthal is a Vice Chair and Operating Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Rosenthal provides oversight of Brookfield’s utility investments, as well as risk management, capital expenditure and sustainability oversight as the group’s Chief Risk Officer.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2007, Mr. Rosenthal was President and Chief Executive Officer of Oshawa Power and Utilities in Ontario.

Craig Ruckman is a Managing Director and Head of the Registered Funds Legal and Regulatory team, responsible for legal, regulatory and compliance matters involving pooled vehicles managed or advised by Brookfield Public Securities Group LLC and registered under various global regulatory regimes.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Ruckman was Associate General Counsel and Head of the US Registered Funds and Regulatory Legal team at Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC. He has additional experience in private practice as part of the investment management practice group at K&L Gates LLP and as Counsel in the division of investment management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Rudnick was a vice president at H/2 Capital Management, where he focused on special situations investments. Mr. Rudnick began his career as a restructuring associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Michael Ryan is a Managing Director and Counsel in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the legal function in the Asia Pacific region and the corporate administration of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners.
Mr. Ryan joined Brookfield in 2010, following Brookfield’s acquisition of the Australian listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he served as general counsel and company secretary. Prior to this role, he was an associate at a leading law firm.
Mr. Ryan holds a Graduate Diploma in applied finance from the Securities Institute of Australia and dual bachelor’s degrees from Griffith University.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Saini focused on renewables for infrastructure investment teams at CDPQ and JP Morgan. He also worked at Jacob Ballas, a New York Life-anchored private equity fund in India, and as a banker with ABN Amro Bank and SBI Capital Markets.

Previously, he was a private equity investor at Fortress Investment Group and was in equity research at Goldman Sachs.

Prior to DWS, Mr. Sawkin was a senior associate at Grosvenor Capital Management, where his responsibilities included direct, co-investments and secondaries transactions across private equity and energy/infrastructure asset classes. Prior to joining GCM, he was an investment analyst within Credit Suisse’s private equity group.

Mr. Silber joined Brookfield in 2012 and was previously responsible for legal matters relating to Brookfield Asset Management, including corporate finance, securities, corporate actions and governance. Prior to Brookfield, he worked at the law firms Torys LLP in Toronto and Ropes & Gray LLP in New York.

Mark Srulowitz is the Head of Product Strategy & Development and Head of Fund Formation Execution in Brookfield’s Global Client Group. In this role, he oversees, and is responsible for, the development and execution of new private fund strategies initiated by Brookfield globally; as well as all legal, tax and regulatory matters for the Global Client Group, including fund formation in particular.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Srulowitz worked as an attorney in the investment management group of Debevoise & Plimpton, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds, as well as economic, governance, and related issues.
Mr. Srulowitz holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University. Mr. Srulowitz serves as a committee member of the Private Investment Funds Committee of the New York City Bar Association, which addresses issues, trends and regulations relating to private investment funds. Mr. Srulowitz also serves on the Board of Directors of Kids in Need of Defense.

Before joining Brookfield in 2005, Mr. Stinebaugh worked in the energy group at a leading finance services company, with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and leveraged financings.

Aanandjit Sunderaj is a Managing Director and leads our office in Saudi Arabia, in addition to being responsible for investor relations for Brookfield’s private equity funds in the Middle East.
Mr. Sunderaj joined Brookfield in 2012 in the real estate team based out of Mumbai. He then moved to Singapore and built out the operations platform for Asia Pacific and then subsequently to Dubai and built the Middle East platform.
Prior to Brookfield, he held various roles in investments and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Surugeon was an executive director at Oppenheimer Asset Management where he served as manager of the firm’s multi-asset portfolios and director of asset allocation and research. Prior to that, he was an associate economist at Decision Economics, Inc.

He previously served as head of U.S. business development and sales for Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions and was a managing director and head of the Americas intermediary business at Oaktree Capital, and from 2014–18 served as president of Oaktree Funds.
Prior to joining Oaktree in 2013, Mr. Sweeney was a managing director and head of product management and development for the alternative investments business at Morgan Stanley. Prior thereto, he was the head of product management in the U.S. for the alternative investments business of the Citi Private Bank. Before joining Citi, he spent over ten years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of roles, including alternative investments, risk management and institutional fixed-income sales.

Patrick Taylor is a Managing Director for Brookfield Corporation, responsible for the global accounting and financial reporting functions.
Mr. Taylor joined Brookfield in 2011, and since then has held a number of senior finance roles across the organization including Chief Financial Officer of its European infrastructure group based in London and Chief Financial Officer of an integrated logistics portfolio company in the U.K. and mainland Europe. Previously, Patrick was a longstanding member of the infrastructure finance leadership team in Toronto, where he held various roles across financial reporting, fund finance and operations and portfolio management. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Taylor was in the audit group at KPMG.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Thassim served as managing director and Asia Pacific head of Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment management business (RREEF) following several senior roles within RREEF and Deutsche Bank. Before that, he held executive positions with Coopers & Lybrand, Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse First Boston and Colonial First State Investments.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Thiollier covered Latin America for Cartesian Capital Group and Capital International Private Equity and held investment advisory positions at Bear Stearns and Spectrum Strategy Consultants.

In this role, he is responsible for equity and debt investments, portfolio management, and operations. Before his current position, Mr. Todd focused on investment opportunities for the real estate M&A team.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Todd held real estate acquisition, development and asset management roles after positions as a management consultant and computer programmer.

Ananya Tripathi is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she focuses on driving business plans and operations across the real estate portfolio in India.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Ms. Tripathi held various leadership roles, including CEO of WhiteHat Jr. and director at KKR Capstone India, where she assisted portfolio companies with strategy and operations.
Ms. Tripathi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
Tristan Tully

Tristan Tully is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and heads the private equity business for Brookfield in Europe. In this role, Mr. Tully is responsible for private equity strategy, including deal sourcing, execution and portfolio monitoring in the region.
Mr. Tully joined Brookfield in 2014, and since then has held a number of roles. Prior to Brookfield, he was an associate at a global private equity group and began his career as an analyst at an investment bank.
Mr. Tully holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University.
Denis Turcotte

Denis Turcotte is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, where he focuses on the operational transformation of some of our larger strategic investments. Mr. Turcotte joined Brookfield in 2017, having served as a member of the Brookfield Asset Management Private Equity Advisory Board and the Brookfield Business Partners’ Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Turcotte held several roles, including Principal with North Channel Management and Capital Partners, CEO of Algoma Steel, and Paper Group President and EVP Corporate Development and Planning with Tembec.
Mr. Turcotte holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Lakehead University.
Stewart Upson

Stewart Upson is Co-President and Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Upson is responsible for regional oversight and investment strategy leadership. In addition, Mr. Upson is involved in the screening and evaluation of global investment initiatives. Mr. Upson is also the Regional Head of Asia Pacific for Brookfield Asset Management, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset Manager’s business activities in the region.
Mr. Upson joined Brookfield in 2010, following Brookfield’s acquisition of the Australian-listed company, Prime Infrastructure, where he held several senior roles. He previously served as Treasurer at a New Zealand-based utility.
Mr. Upson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland and is a CFA charterholder.

Ritu Verma is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she leads the Human Resources function for the group globally. She has also held several leadership positions across the group.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Verma held senior HR leadership roles with an international hospitality company.

Jehangir Vevaina is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group, responsible for business development and transaction execution for investments globally. Mr. Vevaina has held several roles within the group, most recently overseeing commercial, development and regulatory functions of U.S. operations.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Mr. Vevaina worked in the power and energy infrastructure group of a large financial institution.
Mr. Vevaina earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Bradley Weismiller is a Managing Partner at Brookfield and Head of Capital Markets for Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of asset-level and corporate financings across Brookfield’s global real estate strategies.
Mr. Weismiller joined Brookfield in 2004. Prior to his current role, Mr. Weismiller was Chief Financial Officer for Brookfield Asset Management in Europe and responsible for strategy and execution of all European financings. Additionally, Mr. Weismiller helped oversee Brookfield’s foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, including active management of hedging strategies.
Mr. Weismiller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Eric Weng is a Managing Director in Brookfield's Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he is responsible for origination and execution of renewable power and transition investments in North America.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Weng worked at Macquarie Capital, where he focused on the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors, and began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Weng holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert White

Robert White is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, he is responsible for working with Brookfield’s partner managers, credit investment strategies and insurance clients. Within these areas, Mr. White oversees a team focused on expanding Brookfield’s institutional relationships, fundraising and client strategy to build out these businesses. This includes a team dedicated to providing comprehensive structured credit solutions to our institutional clients.
Mr. White joined Brookfield in 2009 and previously assisted in the development of the Private Funds Group, which included leading the client relationship management and business development teams responsible for the marketing strategy and fundraising activities of Brookfield’s private funds globally. Before Brookfield, Mr. White was a managing director at Knight Capital Partners where he co-founded the private equity group, and a director at Lazard Frères and co-founder of its private fund advisory group in London. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in various investment banking positions.
Mr. White holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.
Dominic Williamson

Dominic Williamson is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he is responsible for investments throughout the U.K. and Ireland, as well as the ongoing portfolio company management of businesses such as ARC and Brookfield’s U.K. Science and Innovation business.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Williamson was an investment manager at Gingko Tree Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of the China State Administration of Foreign Exchange, responsible for acquisition and asset management of real estate throughout Europe. Mr. Williamson is a qualified lawyer and former investment banker, most recently at Morgan Stanley in their European Real Estate Investment Banking team.
Mr. Williamson holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Nottingham University.

Eric Wittleder is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Credit Group. In this role, Mr. Wittleder serves as Deputy CIO of Brookfield’s infrastructure high yield debt strategy and supports the oversight of the underwriting of its global credit investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Wittleder worked for several leading investment banks, raising debt capital for energy and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Latin America.

Alex Yang

Alex Yang is a Managing Partner and head of Greater China and Southeast Asia for Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and he also leads the Infrastructure Group in Greater China. He is responsible for the origination, execution and operation of investments in the region.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2021, Mr. Yang held senior positions for a couple of global private equity groups based in Hong Kong and Beijing. Prior to those, Mr. Yang held positions in New York in investment banking and practiced as a private equity attorney in Chicago in a global law firm.
Mr. Yang holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in China.

Yiwen Yang is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic management of property portfolios, as well as ongoing acquisitions, dispositions and the management of real estate within the group.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Ms. Yang held various roles with CapitaLand, Tesco Property and AMP Capital where she gained experience in research, investment analysis, leasing, operation and asset management.

Tomohide Yokooka is a Managing Director and Head of Brookfield Wealth Solutions in Japan. In this role, Mr. Yokooka is responsible for establishing partnerships with insurance companies in Japan.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2024, Mr. Yokooka worked in M&A advisory and capital raising services for more than 20 years at Barclays, Citi and Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and New York.
Mr. Yokooka holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from Waseda University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan.

Lauren Young is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she is responsible for retail portfolio management in the U.S. including strategy and capital investments. She also serves as a director on several of Brookfield’s retail portfolio company boards.
Ms. Young joined Brookfield in 2007 and has held a number of roles across the investing and operating sides of the global real estate business. Prior to joining Brookfield, she worked in real estate investment banking at Credit Suisse.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Yu worked in the tactical opportunities group at a global private capital firm, the mezzanine finance group at Oaktree Capital Management and began his career in investment banking at leading global banks in New York.

Alfredo Zamarriego

Alfredo Zamarriego is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and the Regional Head of Southern Europe for Brookfield Asset Management, specifically Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Mr. Zamarriego joined Brookfield in 2014 and facilitated the opening of its Madrid office, where he is currently based, helping to establish the Firm’s presence in continental Europe. He previously held several senior positions in investment banking and private equity within the infrastructure industry in Europe.
Mr. Zamarriego holds a Law degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the ICADE University in Madrid.

Prior to joining Brookfield Properties in 2014, Mr. Zelering worked for Thayer Lodging Group and Blackstone’s hotel operating platform, LXR Luxury Resorts and Hotels.
Mr. Zelering holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Mr. Zelering serves on the Board of Directors for Center Parcs in the U.K.

Josh Zinn is a Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of Brookfield Wealth Solutions. Previously, Mr. Zinn was responsible for financial market risk within Brookfield’s global capital markets and treasury function.
Mr. Zinn joined Brookfield in 2010 as part of the acquisition of Babcock & Brown and previously worked as a portfolio manager at an Australian investment bank.

Fernando Ziziotti is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Mr. Ziziotti is responsible for all legal aspects of infrastructure transactions in South America.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2014, Mr. Ziziotti was an associate at leading law firms in Brazil and New York, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Mr. Ziziotti holds a law degree from Universidade de São Paulo and a Master of Laws degree from Stanford Law School. Mr. Ziziotti serves as a Board member at Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS).

Ms. Zorbas joined Brookfield in 2008, and was previously responsible for investment valuation, due diligence and asset management.
